I've been thinking a lot about loss lately. I've certainly lost my share of things; from jobs to friends to loved ones. Within the last two years I lost both of my remaining grandparents (both on my mother's side; I lost the ones on my dad's side several years ago, Nannie when I was 12 and Papaw when I was 22).
