My father passed away exactly a month ago, on Novembrer 22. It had been a difficult year and a half, but sincerely, I never expected this. It still feels as if I'd find him at home every time I get there.

Those of you who still have your fathers by your side, give them a hug on my behalf.

I went with my father to the movies on Saturday. I'm still surprised at this happening because we hadn't gone to the movies together since ... ID4, I think. Or some equally noisy movie I still don't know how he managed to sleep during.
