Europe Day 20: Rome
Had signed up for a tour, so wandered over towards the Coluseum in the morning after the free *breakfast* offered by the hostel. Wandered first to the Palintine Hill and wandered around taking photos. Then went through the Roman Forum and some side streets on the way back to the Coluseum. The ticket for the Palintine also covers the Coluseum as well so I got to bypass the insanely long line there (it was really long) and go right in. Coluseum was amazing. Huge and just incredible. I had a good time wandering through.
Met up with my tour at 2pm, we went through the Colosseum (outside), Roman Forum, Capitoline Hill, Trevi Fountain, Panteon, and Piazza Navona. I thought it was a very good tour. The guide spoke well and had a lot of knowledge about the places we visited.
Afterwards wandered through Camp d-Fori myself and found a pizza place mentioned in my guide book. Very good pizza, I was stuffed at the end.
Walked back to the termini station. Have found internet, so here I am.
