I will still be here when the dust has cleared
I've been trying to eat something for breakfast every morning. My days are just too long without something in my stomach right away. Aside from the coffee I cannot live without, that is. Right now, I'm eating a great chemistry experiment of vanilla yogurt, strawberries, coffee, grapefruit juice and a croissant. I stopped being a cereal person as a teenager.
I own a swanky brunch cookbook, and I was flipping through it yesterday looking for ideas to pick up at the store, it occured to me I'd really like to have someone to cook for besides myself. Whose tastes are a little more discriminating than Top Ramen with sour cream in it. I have the crazy idea to maybe do some kind of potluck brunch in my backyard some Sunday later this year. We'll see. ;)
I had a pretty prouductive yesterday. Did four loads of laundry and got a place to lay down my rug and put a recliner in my bedroom. If I can just get the rest of my books and stuff up fromt he floor, I should be able to sweep the rest of the floor. Got a bunch of clothes hung up and some costume value things Ithat I don't necesarily need to wear every day packed where I can get them, but aren't wsating valuable hanger space. I have a storage tub in my closet that is chock-fullof Communism. Mmmm.
I get to register for classes starting May 15. I'm going to register for fall first, so I can get spaces while the FAFSA paperwork goes through. Today, my big work project is reordering our Medieval/Renaissance men's section.
