When I was a little girl, on the last day of April, we would get together construction paper, candy, pipe cleaners, markers and flowers and set to work on the dining room table constructing gifts for our neighbors.

I left Hawai'i at 6pm Wednesday and arrived in Minnesota at 6am Thursday, oddly those events were only 8 hours apart.  I tried to sleep on the plane, but 6am Minnesota time is 2am Waikiki time and for the last couple of days, I was still awake at 1am Wakiki time, so it was hard to sleep, but by the time I got my luggage, rode light rail, then the ( Read more... )

Yep, that's right.  I'm in Hawai'i.  I got here 4pm Friday (which is 8pm MN time) and checked into the Hostel.  I'm not sure, but I think it will be somewhere in the high 70's low 80's again today, which is a drastic difference from the 1F it was when I left the house Friday morning.
