Random Sibol stuff
A few new Sibol activities as of late:
- staring at Milo and Simba (my parent's dog)
- bending forward to watch his toes wiggle
- short giggle bursts
- hiking through Discovery Park
- superhero (he can now keep his head horizontal when Mitch supports his chest in the Superman pose)
- Twinkle Twinkle
- shower time with Mama! (sing-song)
- story time at the library
It's funny how my priorities have reoriented. I am very interested in hanging out with people like Paul. I want Sibol to have mixed-race Filipino role models like him. I also want to go camping with Diana and Lisa from FOCS, so that our babies can one day get along. I want to spend more time with Kristina and Ike so that Sibol can be good friends with Ben. We are planning a trip to Hawaii next year.
Tomorrow we drive to Richmond, BC, with my parents. It will be the first time Sibol travels internationally. I'm pretty excited about it and hope it will be a good trip for him with minimal fuss.
