I have been reeling from the news of late: first the abortion law in Texas, then the news of Zimmerman's acquittal, and this morning Cory Monteith's death.  My mind is still swirling from all of these events and yet, life goes on.

I'm wiped out. Good thing tomorrow is Friday. DD1 had her tea party this morning which went fine except that two of the three girls didn't show. DD1 had a great time with her one friend, so it was all good. Don Knotts was one of my favorite actors when I was a kid. I clearly remember my dad taking us to see The Apple Dumpling Gang when we were little. He always made us laugh. RIP.
