OMG. I made a clip. It's messed up (it repeated a little bit and I have no idea where the sound is), but I made a clip! I might actually manage to make a vid.
Now I'm thinking of bailing on the fic writing for the epistolary and doing a crappy podfic of someone else's good story. Got any epistolary/text message/email kink fics you can think of? I'd prefer not-Merlin fandom, but will take just about anything at this point. I want to call bingo!
In other fannish news, I am thinking of doing my own personal advent ficathon in December this year. I'd love to get prompts from my friends rather than doing the prompts at some comm where a couple people are picking them. I want a large pot to choose from, but ultimate control:D I'm devious like that. So, to that end, I'm going to propose that you all give me prompts and I will pick 24 to write. They will be posted from Dec 1-24. Most will be short. Last year many of them were connected; I expect they will be connected this year too. If anyone wants to join in, let me know and we can cheer each other on. I am willing to write for Once Upon a Time, Merlin, Warehouse 13, Sherlock, Harry Potter, Firefly, and Underworld. Other fandoms might possibly qualify. It will depend:D
I have no appointments tomorrow. I am praying that no one is sick, no one calls me with a crisis, etc etc. I seriously need a day of quiet all to myself. I am going to quilt those baby quilts. Yes. And write. And not run errands. Or talk to anyone. For six hours. I might listen to podfic. Really loud. The way I like to listen:D
Oh, I've signed up for two exchanges and um, yeah, I might like someone or two or three of you to brainstorm ideas with. Both Merlin stories. Any takers? <3
