The Leopard upgrades on the two G4 macs seem to be going well, need to do a bit more testing with TimeMachine and the PowerBook before upgrading alyska's MacBookPro. It should be fine, but I just want to make sure how it will act when not able to mount the NAS. I'm still waiting for the initial backup to finish after starting it last night. Well, the VFR has been getting some much needed attention lately, even if it has just been commuting. Yesterday was a bit more than normal as it was Wings night with alyska and her co-workers. So I decided to take a longer way to avoid most of the traffic between work and wings.

A few entries about what I have been up to in manleyhouse. I also got the door hinges and tracks installed for the pkstudios cart and castors on the base. Last night I broke my streak of not buying any DVDs. I loaded up over $660 in my Right Stuf cart, and checked out.

Granted they only charged me $100 and free shipping for them ^_^ They are having a Geneon (formerly Pioneer) sale. 10 Items for $50 or 25 items for $100. So I picked up several things.

Each DVD was effectively $4, normally $26

Last night after work I didn't do a whole lot. I let the kitties out in the backyard when I got home and made some mac&cheese for dinner. I sat out at the table watching them play and lounge in the grass. The weekend was good, need to get away from the house and all of the things that I *should* be doing, or at least what my brain says I should be doing.
