Throo the Zoo 2019
Did the Throo the Zoo 5K today with a couple of buddies and just took it easy. None of them are runners and one I only see a couple of times a year so I was happy just to walk with them and chat and catch up. We finished towards the end of the pack, in about an hour and 10 minutes. Since it's the Zoo's 50th anniversary this year they had medals at the finish which was a nice touch. The weather was dry (if cloudy) and cool so it was a great morning to shoot the breeze with some friends and walk through the zoo.
