Thoughts on Trolls?
Ken gave me some insight about trolls today (speculative, but still) that I thought was helpful. His theory is that people like to troll because of power. A troll who successfully manages to derail a conversation, inflame or upset others, etc. has power. Knowing that you have the ability to do that to a group of people or even just an individual makes you feel important.
