On Monday I went and Schmoozed at 11 of the schools that I have supplied at, well, one was a school I haven't been to before. I handed out resume's to secretaries, Vice-pricipals and Principals, spoke to teachers I haven't seen in a while, got lots of hugs and lots of compliments. So, I'm unemployed for the summer. I'm hopefully going to start getting EI cheques soon. I'm looking forward to that. I'm enjoying bumming around the house during the day. I get a lot of cleaning and sorting done, plus I do my Wii Fit every day, play with the cats, try to do some writing and editing, working my garden. A few months back, the lead ( Read more... )

It's finally sunny! Really sunny! Not just sunny breaks in between clouds and showers, it's been more sunny than cloudy all day long! I'm so happy to see the sun. I went out and read in the hammock for a while this afternoon and got too warm. It was fantastic!
