Went to the gym this morning. Our trainer helped work on my legs primarily this time. After our session was over, I went to work on the treadmill. I decided to see how long I could maintain a 3.5 mph. I already knew I could do fine. Other times I've done 10-15 min sessions where I pushed the pace faster for brief interludes. I started with a goal of 20 mins where I would add 5 mins if I was still doing well. I did 30 mins at 3.5 not counting my minute warmup or 5 min cooldown. I did a total of 36 mins, probably could have gone longer, but needed to get home so C could go to sleep. With my total time, I got to about 1.91 miles and maintained a heart rate of about 150. I feel pretty good about how I did.
