good workout

Went to the gym this morning. Our trainer helped work on my legs primarily this time. After our session was over, I went to work on the treadmill. I decided to see how long I could maintain a 3.5 mph. I already knew I could do fine. Other times I've done 10-15 min sessions where I pushed the pace faster for brief interludes.
