Halloween and a Wedding
So our good friend Andy is getting married next week on Samhain. It's a theme wedding, looks like it will be very cool.
Boys are mostly doing well. Duo likes to try and skip out on his schoolwork, but I don't let him. Seth is spending the night at Papaw's tonight because tomorrow they are going out to see them turn sugar cane into syrup. So he gets an educational field trip. Xander is a bossy little thing. He likes to throw a fit when he does not get what he wants RIGHT THEN. He'll be three this December. Still not speaking much English. His favorite show is Clangers at the moment, though he will watch other things sometimes. Like Wonder Pets. He knows the important words like: Cookie, Cake, Ice Cream, and Blast off! He also knows Apple, which he says for all fruit, and Pancake dog, and cup.
I delved back into the realm of fanfiction (reading rather more than writing) and have discovered lots of excellent finished works, and one or two sadly unfinished, and three years after the last posting date, looking unlikely ever to be finished.
Xander is a night owl, hence my posting at 2 a.m.
Very much looking forward to the Ragnarok movie coming out next month. Next week, actually. Me and Jayson are going to make a date night of it.
