Feels like an echo chamber
It's gotten so dead on LJ. If I didn't have a permanent account I would give it up. No one replies or reads my posts hardly at all.
It's been over ten days since I posted the second chapter in my story and the people who said they would beta read it still have not done so, or at least have not said anything to me about it. I guess I am just writing for my own edification then. Oh well.
Jayson's birthday was Sunday, we ate out at Logan's. Watched Crimson Peak. Had fun. He liked his present. He has one more that hasn't gotten here yet. We got Cards Against Humanity today. It looks like it will be lots of fun if we can ever get together with other adults to play it.
Duo's birthday is on Friday. He will be 12. ARGH!! How the heck did that happen? Time just goes by so fast! He's getting Legos and a Nintendo DS game. And a thing of caramels. They are his favourite.
We have a vacation planned for Sept. So only about three more weeks until that.
