Oamaru, we had a pretty nifty day. First off was
Whitestone Cheese. Where we, um, ate cheese. Then toured a cheese making facility. Then, um, bought cheese. Because cheese. And the brie there was amazing, the best I've ever had. Very high butterfat, it seems. And they have an award-winning bleu that is to die for.
