Huh - the Kitchener-Waterloo riding's conservative MP won by a mere 0.12% of the vote share.
That's frustrating.
It almost makes me want a two-party system, except that I don't, really - I just want more parties to the right of the spectrum so we can get that end of things properly splintered. -

The US supreme court just made an important ruling upholding the rights of Guantanamo detainees. I'm on the regular Amnesty International mailing lists, and learned today that right now all donations to them are being matched by some anonymous third party, making this a pretty good time to give them some cash to keep fighting.
