Cassie smiles warmly at Janet for a second before grinning at Sam. "I remember." Completely straight faced, "I've got to say I'm surprised that someone from might SG-1 can't handle carrying one measly trunk." She sighs and shakes her head sadly. "They just don't train them like they used to. Ooooooooh well. Maybe someone might know something helpful to make travel with it easier. She looks at Billy juuust a little.
"Who am I to stand in the way of tradition?"
He grins again.
"Besides I am almost done. You could set the table?"

"It's not fair when you all gang up on me." More gumbling.
She yells in the direction of her door frame, "YOU BETTER NOT PUT ANYTHING MEAN IN THERE!"
..and there is more cackling as a result.
She facepalms.

"Dont worry. I am sure they will be merciful."
The glance he shot at her door wasnt so sure. Then he grinned and turned off the over and settled things in their containers.
"I believe that the meal is ready at last."

Thump.
Giggle.
"Shhh!"
Giggle.
"There, that should do it...did we get everything? Oh, and I got this from Bar...."
Creak, shuffle, slam.
"Almost done!" Janet says cheerily.

Muffled sounds.
"Ooooh, she'll kill us for THAT..
Let's put in two."

His voice is quiet as he starts moving food to where everyone can get it.
"There is always the Dust Caverns of Meithos Five..."
His eyes are dancing with humor.

"Well, you're all set," she says to Cassie. "I'm surprised we got everything to fit like it did."
She smooths Cassie's hair a little and gives her a pat on the shoulder.
Awww, her baby is all grown up.
Thankfully, she doesn't embarass Cassie by actually saying it.
