Temporary Blindness...
So, yeah. I went to an employee I work with's birthday party, the mother of a good friend Jessi. It was a nice day, seemed like I was going to haev a good time... don't get me wrong, we all had a blast, but there was one thing that happened as soon as I had gotten there that give me a bit of a handicap...
We decided to go swimming in the new pond they had made out on their land and me, not thinking... since I'm so used to having them on... jumped in, with my glasses on. Smart move, huh? So, of course, with my luck, they flew off and went to the bottom, which, wasn't very deep, but it was impossible to see, and feeling around wasn't working very well either. So, I went throughout the rest of the party blind, pretty much. ... I mean, I can see, but everything is blurry for me.
All in all, I am still blind as we speak, I had to drive home as such AND I have to work tomorrow.. and the rest of the week until Thursday... hopefully i'll be able to get my glasses by Tuesday.. but until then, forgive me if you IM me and I misspell a bunch of words... I'm blind!
