Almost a Month since I last went to the Gym. Warm up run. 1.5 km, 10:09... 9 seconds behind my regular time... Not too bad.
The muscle pain will be a bit more interesting to deal with tomorrow. No Pain No Gain they say, so far it's been true.
Ho-hum... Got my Kindred the Embraced DVD in the mail today! *GRIN* Just have to add it to the ever growing
