This recipe is incredibly yummy.

Cheesecake

Crust:
1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup butter
2 Tbsp sugar
Press into pie pan or square pan.

Filling:
11 oz. cream cheese
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 egg (optional)
Beat until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
Cool for 45 minutes.
