My appetite sucks lately, although I have been eating.
Alex is doing much better. She will be staying with my aunt, uncle, and two cousins while I'm away at work Monday through Wednesday. She is actually going to stay there tonight. I hope all goes well.
Currently, she is sleeping on top of a pamphlet. She thinks paper makes a great bed.
A few weeks ago at work a nine year old girl asked me if the universe was created by God or by science. She said she thought about it and it really confused her. I did my best to dodge the question, so as not to get pissed of parents.
Yay superstitions!
A young man helped me bring my stuff up to my apartment Friday afternoon. I graciously thanked him but didn't really have anything to offer him. He said he moved to the neighborhood recently. Yesterday I found a note on my car from him, saying we should hang out. Actually, he used the phrase "hook up", which is a bit ambiguous... I'm not entirely sure what to do. I'm frequently confused by people's intentions and don't like drama. On the other hand, I don't have a whole lot of friends and it's good to meet new people.
If I call, it likely won't be until I get back later in the week.
Thursday, I might go to my 7-year-old cousin's baseball game. That should be cute.
