Well, this week was an all girls camp.  There were 9 girls and it was an interesting dynamic. There were lots of different personalities and a pretty sizeable age gap (9 to 15). The fifteen-year-old had Asperger's, so that was a bit of a challenge. One of the girls (11 or 12 I think) was really clingy, which was also tough to deal with, but I managed it all okay. She got stung in the cheek last night by a hornet and cried. She had never been stung before. The nine-year-old slightly burned her finger by touching the tine of the skewers for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows during s'mores last night, so she wanted attention, too. Apparently, she had never been burned before.

Last night, we all threw fruits and vegetables to the bears. One of the girls hit me with a strawberry (pretty sure it was the 9-year-old--she wasn't aiming very well) and it got on my sleeve and arm. Lovely.

We got the archery stuff up again yesterday, and I tried a left-handed bow. After two shot, I decided I was definitely purely right-handed at that! I went back to righty and popped the baloon right away.

Boy am I glad to be home and showered.

I took some video of one of the wolves howling last night, and I'm hoping it turned out well.
