We went out today to look at that trailer on 11 acres. The bank has taken over so the realtor told me I could try offering $20,000 less than they are asking. That would make it quite affordable even for someone as poor as me. I think those roads will be quite treacherous in winter, making for a long ride though ( Read more... )
