Well last night something happened to me. We ran out of crab cakes on the line and had none of them portioned or prep'ed in the walk in. I managed to get a new job. Been there for almost a month. I'm a prep chef for McCormicks & Smicks down at the National Harbor now. Its a great job. Everyone calls me Chef and I enjoy that alot. Its the 10th of March and I have a job interview! YAY! Its down at the National Harbor which I can't wait for.
