Job Interview Today!
Its the 10th of March and I have a job interview! YAY! Its down at the National Harbor which I can't wait for. If things go right then I'll either be barback for the Sport Bar or the Night Club at the Gaylord Hotel. My step-mom already works down there at the Moon Bay. She is being trained for Sou Chef and Duane Kellers Assistant which is great.
WoW! Got back from the job interview a few hours ago. Its now 9 pm and I'm excited. My step-mom called me right when I was walking down to the gut truck and get some food. I met her where she said to go and told me I get 2 choices. Go through the entire interview process, which I was sure enough to get the job or come work with her at the Moon Bay which the Head Chef is Duane Keller himself. I picked the later and next week I start. The pay is great and I will be bringing home money every night I work. Server Assistant I am so I help the Servers with the orders, getting the food and cleaning the tables.
The Benefits are freaking awesome. I can stay in one of the hotel rooms for 70ish a night instead of paying over 350 a night. Medical and Dental plus 401k, paid vacation, full use of staff fitness center, lunch and dinner costs less then $3.00 and they give you the money for it also. I could buy a full meal that would you could buy from a normal diner for $8.00 something.
