Last nights adventure went amazingly well I must say. Managed to get the last two "bigger" things on my sister's list (the one who's husband we're helping out) and there are only a few small things (socks, slippers) that I'll get while I'm out shopping with her girls this weekend. So BiL's been having some ups and downs. Nausea's back so they've backed off the "food" while they get that under control, but his numbers are continuing to improve so we know he's actually getting better.
