I drove by this scene about a half hour after it happened. I thought somebody was robbing the bank because police had it surrounded, and there was a news helicopter overhead.

It seems that some parents are filing lawsuits against the Union City PD, and the New Haven Unified School District. Mostly because of the shooting I blogged about a couple years ago which happened right after I drove by the school.
