miraculous!! and then some.
this old computer.. man.. i feel bad. i don't give it enough credit. sure, it's loud. it's white. it's running on NT technology. it can only go up to like 33 kbps on a very very good day (i'm on 28.8 right now!) but this puppy is beautiful in its own right.
it let me do a number of good tasks this week/today.
- i checked my email, and received the list of all AIFS in Cannes partici-pants! there are 19 of us, from Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and Florida. New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California have multiple students attending!
- i uploaded pictures. at last, at long, long, last!
yes, i care. awww. but who wouldn't, did you even look at this shot? fabulous. r00mie knows the ridiculous urges and college thoughts, oh the restraint!!

there is something about the beach and the rain and the fact that our teenage years have ended, and it's in our blood, and in the air there, the humidity, as much as we hate it.. the music. there's a pulse to the earth itself. and in this pic, this expression, the way the wind was blowing that day probably.. there is credit due in many places. but i called this one "romance leah" ...but there is also quite a bit of mischief about. i can hear you laughing. i love you, i really really do.
here i'm just making an ass of myself. nothing special and descriptive really. i felt like making a big funny smile whilst wearing my big funny glasses. haha.

and then here is a pic of me and michael milk. oh wait, the numerous times we hung out, we FORGOT THE CAMERAS. lol, we're doofus..es... i think. but *hugs* anyway, i still love our ghostlie ghoulie shots! hehe.

- i made party invites! w00t. i'll send them soon. i promise. because people need to request off work and arrange good things. yes yes!
- and finally, i read all kinds of news about the latest london attacks. what the crap, man? why is this violence occurring? i thought that violence used to try and have a point, like very obviously, you know. there were threats, ultimatums. you give us this or else we will shoot off your left toe. now i'm just like, confused, and upset, and worried, and saddened, and all kinds of other human-like emotions. as i am human. and also, i am headed to london in about 29 days !!!!!! not to mention doing all kinds of other travels through different european destinations, by eurail, once i purchase my pass. gah! another thing i need to look into again. but yes, i babble on, babylon.
