Well, this is how I filled it:
** any NIN gear I have and MIGHT use in ANY given situation
** extra tools
** extra meds
** extra food -- 4 types >.>
** bst and kindred seals partial stacks
** warps and rr earring/hairpin
** fireworks/fans/bell/swimsuit >.>
Its 70/70 but that leaves my gobbie bag 40/70 and my house with 70 free spaces.
Isn't that ridiculous?!? LOL
