Sit-rep
Still here, still without a computer at home (for now - may change soon) and still job hunting. I did have a short but promising on-the-wpot interview the other day. We'll see if I get a call for another.
It's colder than hell here. Low of -11 tonight (that's actual, not windchill) and plenty of snow on the ground. Right now there are big, lazy flakes floating down that won't accumulate to much - hopefully. Starting Mon the weather gets back up to normal and maybe even a little warmer.
I'm just lucky that for all my troubles, I still have a warm, cozy apartment and a running car and even if I lost it (which I'm definitely not anticipating), I have a brother who won't let me freeze in a cardboard box in an alley. I know there are many people who aren't so lucky. It sort of keeps things in perspective. Y'know?
