Christmas postponed
So the winter mix storm warning has been canceled and instead we have a blizzard warning with significant snow accumulation through 6 pm tomorrow. Rick just called and wants to postpone until Sunday. He doesn't like the thought of me driving around unnecessarily in those conditions.
So the pumpkin desserts go in the freezer and everything else is on hold!
We're not a terribly demonstrative pairing of siblings, so it was extra special when, just before we hung up my brother said: "I know I don't say it very often, but you know I love you, right?"
