Happy Mother's Day to all my Mommy Friends out there and to mom-to-be Lily! I hope you have a wonderful today tomorrow! Even if you're not American and therefore not celebrating this holiday tomorrow. ;-)

I was telling Jeff today that this could be my last Mother's Day not being a mother. This time next year we could have a newborn baby. Crazy.

Yesterday felt like Thanksgiving here in Spring Lake. Jeff's company gives each of its employees a turkey for Thanksgiving. We invited his dad & girlfriend and my parents up to our condo to have a turkey dinner with us yesterday. I'm back at my parents' in Lansing after a week in Connecticut at my sister's. While I of course love being with the babies, certain things about traveling to my sister's really get to me.

I'm having a very emotional Christmas this year, Time of the Month notwithstanding. I was of course always aware how drastically my life will change once I'm married.
