Fingers crossed, biting nails!
I was subbing all day today so I had my phone on vibrate. I was in the same building, but two different rooms. I took 4th graders to lunch at 12:10 and 1st graders came back at 12:25. So I didn't have much of a break there. I happened to pull out my phone during my PM planning time, around 2:45. And there was a voice mail message from a principal at one of the schools I subbed at just over a week ago (17th). PLUS his message said to call him "at my earliest convenience" AND he left his cell number "if it's after hours". I have NEVER gotten a call from a principal, so I'm going CRAZY waiting to hear back from him. Am I being given an interview for a job that opened up? Am I in trouble for something I may have said or done that day? GAH!! I've called him twice and both times gotten his voice mail. I called the secretary and she said he was in a meeting with another teacher, but she'd let him know I returned his call. Still, that was 30 minutes ago... AAAAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!
