Oh, break, why must you be so short?
I'm on my last day of summer break before I go back. I go to an all year college so... yup. I only got 3 weeks. Most of it spent playing video games. I rediscovered Mass Effect and it's sooo effing awesome. Hadn't played in like nearly 2 years? Bioware is a bunch of geniuses! I'm now pining over ME3 info. Sadly, nothing. Though there are some juicy DA2 info now. ANYWAYS, yeah, I played video games(ME1&2, Dragon Age, and, a bit of Fall Out3), hung out with friends(clubbing, parties, beach, movies, etc.), and just drawing on Gimp. I desperately wish for another week. No more late night drawings. :(
Anyways... here is a rough sketch of my Mahariel, mainly focusing on her facial and back tattoos.
Back tattoo extends to the small of her back. One day, I'll draw the whole thing. Tats that extend to her shoulders are suppose to represent wings, a small tribute to her deceased parents. The bit further down(the lines that are cut off) are similar to the tats that Zev have on his face. A lil reference to their romance, but in the lil story of them in my head, it's merely coincidental. :P Oh, did you know finding a decent reference to her tattoo is like... very hard. >_< The top part of her facial tattoo should be pretty accurate. I BSed the rest. :P
