BREAKFAST:
18 Maple Mini Shrd Whts + 2oz blueberries + C very van soy SILK
water, instant cof, T sorghum

LUNCH:
Morningstar Southwest Style Veggie Pattie
Green Beans + Bacos + dehyd onion & pepper
Mex corn + Molly McButter
water

SNACK: Lara Bar (Pecan Pie flavor)
SNACK: cashews, Pumpkin & Sunflwr Seeds + 10 craizons
SNACK:  12 sweet cherries / banana

DINNER: 
celery stalk + T SunButter (natural nutbutter from sunflower seeds)
Pita Pocket + T spicy 3 pepper hummus by Athenos inside, + lettuce, onion, cherry tomatos, carrots, celery leaves-chp, 1/2 oz soy shreds cheddar, mixed with fat free italian dressing, tsp olive oil and squirt of lime jc.
Cup V-8 jc / water
