I didn't get to post yesterady's last night, because of thunder storms, here it is:
I want to list my very simple meals, because I've seen so many people who mistakenly think they need to eat a fiber one bar or just an apple to be a weight watcher or a vegetarian. They don't need to go without, to be either.
BREAKFAST: 1oz Grapenut Flakes + T wheat germ + C hemp milk
LUNCH:
1/2can Krogers vegetarian beans + Morning Star veggie dog, 1/2oz Sesame Sticks
C shredded cole slaw mix + splash of fat free Italian dressing, 1 tsp olive oil,
3 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
SNACK: choc rice cake + 2T Tofutti cream 'cheese'
+ sliced strawberry + handful blueberries
SNACK: 1oz sesame sticks
SNACK: 3 dates + 3 prunes, plumsweets, 1/2 C Indian Summer Rice Snack, WW choc rasp bar
SNACK: 1/2 C grape jc / Nature Valley Swt&Slty Almond Bar
DINNER: 1
/2can tomato jc / toasted cheese sandwich with below:
2 slc Nature's own whl wht bread + 2 slc *galaxy veggie slices cheddar(not vegan)
2T Earth Balance spread
*This cheese was good and melted great, one thing though. I'd swear that the cheese stays hotter inside the sandwich longer than regular cheese.. so be very careful about cutting your sandwich in half and taking a huge bite out of the middle... good thing my glass of water was sitting right there!
SNACK: cup of dried fruit with nuts
