Well, the vacation is over. My colonoscopy is done. So its time to jump back on that bandwagon and start the diet and exercise again. I took my measurements this morning, so here they are to start off for my own records.

Weight: 149.6 pounds
Chest: 38.5 inches
Waist: 32 inches
Hips: 40.5 inches

Okay. Let's shrink, shall we?

I have quite a bit to do today, so after I update here, I'm hitting the chores and getting ready to do a bunch.  Figure I'll take what I need to the library and go to work without distraction from the dog or anything else around here ( Read more... )

I think I'm doing a bit better after I let everything out to Peter tonight as we were doing our shopping at Walmart. I may have been a little loud as we were walking around, but it's not like there's anyone there that I'm remotely acquainted with.
