Anyhow, bugging you all (haha, 'cause obviously, there IS an "all") since I like ranting and haven't in a while.
Jumping right into it...
School is insane.
Absolutely, positively insane.
I know a lot of people say that, but I don't think anything compares to the CIA. Seriously.
Well...It's easier than working at a normal restaurant in some respects. You have twenty people in a kitchen, 3-4 people per station and are expected to only put out 20 orders per that station. Now, for those who have NO idea what I'm talking about, a slow day at an average restaurant you're working the station by yourself and you may have over 100+ people walk in, any one of those people quite capable of ordering ANYTHING from what your station produces (which will be multiple dishes, guaranteed).
BUT.
You are expected to know SO MUCH and the classes are only 3 weeks a piece on average.
Gah.
I'll probably rant a lot more often; I'm missing writing so much. :(
Speaking of, I may join a few writing communities here...anyone know any?
