I've been feeling increasingly uncomfortable wandering into the young adult section of bookstores recently, though not necessarily because I'm afraid I look too old to be reading half of this stuff. I have this fascination with badly written books, which is perpetuated by said books being stupidly popular (thus spawning lots of snark from anti fans). And the two obvious books (well, series) to crown this fascination are Twilight and Eragon.
