Why on earth did the school decide to call it a Sixth Form roadshow? A roadshow is something that moves around and shows at different places, right? Did they even know what a roadshow was when they named it? What could possibly be further than a roadshow than my school's open evening to talk about A level subjects?

Two days ago, my dad threw a chair off the roof. It was this old, busted wicked chair that's been up their pretty much since we moved in a year ago. So after raking all the leaves off the roof (and destroying the rake in the process) he decided it would be easier just to lob the chair off the roof than carry it down all the stairs. Today was the first frost where I live. And my school is so freezing you would not believe it. The whole building's central heating, apparently, has packed up, although I'm at a bit of doubt as to whether there was any in the first place.
