Does anyone know a good cure for a sore throat that I can make out of stuff in my kitchen? I've heard about lemon-and-honey, but does that actually mean I just get lemon and honey?

Currently making my way through Tennyson's Idylls of the King. Books entirely made up of poetry scare me. Tennyson appear to have tweaked the story somewhat also.

Mah stomach hurts. It hurt really badly all the way through Spanish so I went to the office just to sit for a while and stuff and teh evil woman told me that because it was a shortened day, I could survive another hour until the end of school. Heh heh, stayed home from school today because I croaked and couched all night. Thank you, Lord! This is so what I needed! Okay, I have one day to rejuvenate before going to school for weeks without a weekend. So far I have watched series 2 of Black Books and sewed brown patches onto an old pair of jeans for my costume. I feel dead. Like a dead person. And I can't think straight. I'm tired and irritable and my throat hurts. At least I'm not hungry anymore. I think I'm dying. Dying from lack of sleep, or something...
