I did stuff!
I finally put my Nativity Scene outside! It arrived some time last week. Maybe Monday? But then it would always be dark when I got home, so I didn't put it up. Same with the flashy flashy lights I got. Then today I got some more Christmas stuffs, including a timer so I was motivated. But first... The new lights we got to replace Mom's "watermelon" lights was too short, so I got more of that. I then got a new star that plugs in, because Mom kept "complaining" she didn't know how to turn it off, it was separate and battery operated. So I wrapped more lights around the tree and changed the star. Then... It had been raining all day, but when I went to plug in the timer it wasn't raining. So I decided to fix my lights. I was planning to alternate solid and blinky blinky lights, but then the bush got weird at the end, so I ended up wrapping one blinky blinky on the tree. I then went in to put together my nativity. I mean... I hope it stays together. Wind might blow it down. It came with what is that... Like semi permanent ties which I didn't want to use because... I'd basically have to cut them to put it into storage, then what do I use next time? Thinking now... It might have tons extra. I dunno. I have to look again. It kinda annoyed me... I saw when I bought it, it came with 3 separate plugs. so I thought one for each figure. But nope... One is for the stable, then one for Joseph, the last is for Jesus and Mary. Ugh... So I ended up putting a garbage bag over the manger. I did take Jesus out. But then his halo is still there and it's lit, so... Jesus is chilling in the dinning room.
We have extra lights. I'm thinking keeping it as back up / future instead of returning.
In other news... There is a dead zone in the white mesh lights. I tried that thing 7500centfish got to check the bulbs and it's obvious where the break is. But... I don't think it's in the bulbs. I tried to swap something later down he chain and it still doesn't work. It think it's an issue with the wire. But then the instructions only talk of changing a faulty bulb.
MD appt this AM. cc 7500centfish Nephro. I had thoughts of dropping him, but then... He kept saying my kidneys are fine, "That's what I came for." But now I'm having an issue with my liver. As I said, he has stopped my statin, which binds cholesterol and that shot up, but my liver function still remains high. So he's starting me back on that. He can only assume it's because of another medication I'm on, but he doesn't want to mess with that (surprising!) because I'm relatively controlled otherwise. He continues to say to drink more water to flush it all out, not only my kidneys but also my liver. He then said not a lot of people want to go into nephrology because it's so complicated. The residency doesn't fill up... Like it's more than kidney. It's also diabetes, blood pressure, etc. He then also asks me what's going on in my office. Are we seeing a lot of sick kids? Yes... But it's more than RSV which is the "hot" virus of the movement. We're seeing flu and para influenza. There is also a shortage of amoxicillin. He asked if Dr. L hands it out like candy. I don't think so...
Mall. I'm not motivated to shop for presents. But I guess I need to buy gift cards for the Aunts / Mom and the like... Tita Neng texted takyttik82 about KK. Everyone thinks we did it last year. We did not. I honestly don't know what I want nor do I need anything I haven't already bought for myself. Lol... I bought more Christmas cards because I wasn't feeling the ones I bought previously. We had planned to eat at "Kitchen", but there was a long wait. There was a kid's party and I think all the parents were all going in for themselves. We ended up going to PF Changs. Surprisingly the service was quick.

Did my laundry. Did my meds. As I said, I "finalized" the Christmas decorations. But hm... Not loving the bushes.
The interwebs keeps going on and off. And I can't seem to find a place to report an outage. There is just an outage map, but there is none reported in the area.
In other other news.. My "Mother in Law" died. Flashback... More than 10 years now. One of Mom's former coworkers kept calling saying she wanted me as her daughter in law. She wanted me to date her son... At some point Mom stopped answering her calls. I could have sworn I spoke to him once and... Now I think he might have been joking? Because he sounded like a total FOB. He was literally talking about having goats to give me! Like WTF! Yeah, so that went no where. I think at some point, (still ?) he ended up having a long distance interwebs relationship. And here I am... HAHAHA!!! I was laughing... I hope she's not praying for me in heaven to marry her son! My eyes are set on another Son! But yeah... I plan on driving Mom. Oh yeah, I think they tried to get St. E back in the day for the husband, but they had no convenient time, so they went to St. M's... She had since befriended the priest and become active in that parish...
I've always wondered about those period pain simulators. 1. If women tolerate pain more and 2. If it really felt like period pain. It seems to not mimic it exactly. It seems to be more like a muscle stimulator? But at the same time the women seemed to go up to 15 or 20 with no issue. The guys were squirming at low numbers. But then... One guy was saying he was feeling it in his penis. Is that why? But yeah... In the past few days I've been having constant low grade pain. Most of the time I don't even think of it. But some days it's just zaps the strength out of you and you just want to sleep. But then since I've had my surgery there have been times when I get a sudden wave of intense pain.

Tita Neng was "mad" she can no longer say hi to Mamma Mary on the elliptical! I told her there are statues in Mom's room too!
