The Queen is dead...

God save the King!

Now...  I'm an Anglo-phile, but I was never Royal Watcher.  Yes, it is sad and it's interesting from a historical standpoint, but...  I'm not devastated nor mourning.  That being said...  Do I need to do anything in term of my Union Jack on my bumper?  Do I need to put mourning curtains on my bathroom.  I mean...  It is in England!  HAHAHAHA!!!  But then I thought...  Am I gonna need to change my license plate border?  But then I remember it already says "His Majesty's Ship Indefatigable."  His Majesty being King George of course...  Oh and what of my white ensign???  HAHAHAH!!!  I'm thinking too much of this!  In other news...  Which Queen Victoria biopic should I watch?  Victoria and Albert, The Young Victoria, or Victoria?  I guess I could watch the Crown...  But I think I only saw the first 2 seasons and stopped when she aged up.  Yeah...  I had seen something on Twitter this AM and thought nothing of it, till 7500centfish asked me if my Anglo-sense was tingling.  She then brought up corgis and All Dogs Go To Heaven...  😭

Mom then said, "Liz it is not lunch time in London."  Huh???  I then commented to 7500centfish, "No, neither in my bathroom..."  HAHAHHAHA!!!

In other news...  Work was so frustrating.  I've said (?) we currently don't have anyone covering in the morning so...  I'm tasked to do things I don't normally do, including answering phones.  And...  It's the start of the school year, everyone is calling for forms, having to find charts, back and forth with Dr. L.  Like...  It's so frustrating that...  People will ask for forms, but they're in sports and they have some medical issues that needs clearance.  Some times patients don't follow up with specialist, phone tag.  Parents insisting they need the form.  Dr. L not taking excuses and wanting clearance.  Like...  No one is listening / everyone wants things their way.  And it's frustrating being the person in the middle.  And...  I'm behind on my stuff.  I need to call about claims and I'm always behind on entering claims...  At least he's not screaming at me for that.  I legit got 4 claims to enter and just finished them after 2 hours with the amount of other stuff I had to do!

I got a text message that the free phone verizon gave me will be activated in 5 days.  Ugh...  Why give warnings that in Dec my phone can't receive messages then???  I wonder if I can go to verizon to stop it...  I really want to see if I can get an unlocked phone with a qwerty keyboard.  That's all I want...  I don't even use my phone, except to make calls, but in the event I can't use my tablet to text I have my phone as backup and...  I don't want to be pressing a keypad!

It's weird...  I have an external keyboard now for the laptop, but it seems like more and more buttons in the built in keyboard aren't working now.

Cheesy Rom Com recap!  I forgot what the movie was called...  Accidentally Engagement of something?  Had this dude from Pretty Little Liars as the main guy.  But the story was about a small town girl who is in LA to become an actress.  Messes up / gets fired from her first major job.  Somehow rumors spread that she's dating the heartthrob from that movie and to boost her career / hide the fact he's dating his publicist who is going through a messy divorce (if they find out she's cheating she loses out on alimony...), they fake a relationship / engagement, planning to break up in the end.  But surprise surprise they fall in love.  So yeah, part of the plan is to go her friends wedding and meet the parent.  In other news...  I googled the guy.  Like I said, he's from Pretty Little Liars.  But he's married to a half Filipina chick.  Their kid has a baby barong!!!

Almost forgot!  Today's recap of The Fisherman's Tomb!  cc 7500centfish  Talking about how the Papacy has survived for 2000 years while Egypt and the longest Chinese dynasty lasted 1000.  1.2 Billion Catholics hold the Pope to be their supreme leader, with Rome as its headquarters, despite that time in Avignon...  Papal succession from Peter.  All of the first 31 popes, minus 1, died by Martyrdom in Rome.  It mentioned it's not necessary for the ties to Rome, but it's deep tradition.  And even then invalidation would be disturbing.
