Birthday weekend...
I think they are coming tomorrow and... I want to celebrate, yet... I need to go to confession in the PM and I usually rush them so... I want to go someplace "nice" but quick. Might "default" to "Cheese Factory". But I'm not sure they are very quick. Hopefully we can be home by 3...
In addition, I don't know what to do on my birthday proper. I haven't been in an eating mood, so... I'm not sure I'll get pasta or Chinese. I might just get a cake. I'm sure Marna will do something. I thought of dressing up at work, so I'm cool vs wearing jeans. But... I might just wear jeans and a tee instead of scrubs. Either way... Not feeling my bday this year.
Dream. I remember looking into the kitchen and the couch was width-wise. Is that a word? Like instead of against the wall it was across the room. Mom was sitting on one end and Dad was sitting on the other side. The couch seemed abnormally long. Mom was then blowing him kisses and the like from across the room. Dad was like playing it off / ignoring Mom. I then remember 7500centfish came home and a bunch of ants swarming us. I was then trying to swat them away and they were gathering around my crotch because it was warmest there. I then remember 7500centfish and I laying on a bed. She playing some hand held game. I then realize my hand and arms are swollen from all the ant bites. I look at 7500centfish and she is swollen too. We're then back in the kitchen and I try to tell her what Mom and Dad had been doing. But I kept getting interrupted and wasn't able to tell her that Mom was flirty with Dad.
Fr. John Parks was on an ep of Pint With Aquinas. It doesn't seem to be on youtube yet. But... He and Fr. John Riccardo are like my lesser known favorite priests. The former has a sense of humor. I think if I remember correctly he initially went to drama school? Anyway, I heard of him through Catholic Breakfast and saw some of his Stubenville homilies, etc. Re Fr. John Riccardo... He did RCIA videos for his former parish. Excellent refresher.
Dr. L asked me during lunch if I go to Mass every Sunday or am I "watching on TV with my mother"... I don't know, I found his wording weird like... Does he think my Mom only watches Mass on TV? Either way, I said, yes, but then his next question was about an APPNY summer picnic. But yeah... I wonder what he was wondering about. I dunno... Maybe it is he I should be evangelizing to? He unlike Marna is a Catholic. We once had a "convo"... They wanted to go out one evening and I legit forgot it coincided with a Holy Day, so I couldn't go. He's then like... Why can't I go, why do I have to go to this Mass, can't I miss it? "I don't want to have to go to confession!" "Why do you need to go to confession?"...

Raul Esparza was obsessed with Les Mis he never wanted to be in it. I kinda love this... He also loved Michael Ball. Don't we all. I've said it before... Raul Esparza is interesting to me... Like... He married his childhood sweetheart. "Divorced" her and came out as bisexual. Yet... They are still on good terms / she lives in an appt owned by him. She also attends Hispanic functions with him / was at the Chess premiere. Yet... I believe he's openly living with a man. Add to that... He got the cast of Company to go to Mass with him during Holy Week and... Like I don't know his sacramental life. But yeah... I find him interesting. Lol... Remember that time he aurally ravaged me?
