Dragon Party 2.0...
Did some online shopping and bought presents for the "Dragon Party". If you remember last year... I had bought dog toys for the dogs of the "family" and bought a stuffed dragon, but then when I went to pick it up it was like a legit stuffed toy for a child. So... I ended up returning them and got a different squeaky toy dragon. When I went to pay the cashier legit said there was a "Dragon Party in there", referring to my shopping bag. This time it was a box... But yeah, Dragon Party 2.0. HAHAHAHA!!! I then realized I didn't get something for Sport, Jennie's dog, so I just got a gift card. I then tried to get gift bags in Bed Bath, but there only had boxes / paper. Might have to get some at The Paper Store this weekend. But it's cutting it. Getting paranoid because I plan to go to confession and I need to buy things, etc, etc. I'm always paranoid.
Then since I'm going to confession this weekend, do I give Fr. I his present then? Otherwise I won't see him except for Mass and... I'd honestly feel weird giving him a present as he's greeting people. I'd prefer it in the privacy of confession. And unless I sin again before Christmas... So yeah, I got to think of something to write!
Asides from the gift bags, I need to buy the gift cards for Jennie / the Aunts. Still don't know what to get for the other Aunts. I might default to Macy's gift cards. I once again mentioned to the Aunts, someone with weight needs to ask about the KK thing, because 7500centfish and I did and got no answer. At the same time I'm ok with no presents. I mean... I already got presents for all the cousins. And got something for myself...
Lol! Also thinking of just wrapping crap I just bought to buy to perpetuate the I buy things for myself for Christmas! Like... I don't even want to go out of my way to pad my list and buy things. But like I said, if we're gonna do the KK thing, I saw you need to purchase by the 10th if you want to get it on time on some website, so... Cutting it close!
Thursday Bulletin commentary. They posted the November totals, attendance / contribution. Basically explaining why there is an increase in attendance, but not in contribution. Because as I said, we've been doing fine and people have been mailing in their checks. It says if anything it's down 15% from precovid and has remained at that. But attendance has increased over 50% from last year. Still down by 30% pre pandemic. Also looks like there will be 3 Masses Christmas Eve and 2 Christmas day. Not like we're going to them. :( I still vote for Christmas at our place. It's an hour earlier and... I love my parish.

Fr. Mike wants to write a sex book... Awkward!!! Basically sex between a married couple, not in a state of sin is a renewal of marriage vows and like other sacraments grants graces (?). Did I understand it right? Part of me wants to post it to Family chat...

I texted 7500centfish and kumquatqueen that I bought something from Petsmart. As I said I forgot about Sport. So I checked to see if there was one near them. The map showed it in relation to Selena's grave! HAHAHAHA!!! 7500centfish then sent pics of Tita Mena posing by her statue. Too bad she's not striking a pose! Someone then wrote on the ground, "Anything for Salinas!" LOL!!!
Candice wants to visit CC at some point when 7500centfish is around. I was like a wedding in Austin would have been a nice time to meet. LOL!
