I know this is one I did a bit of modification to and subvers requested I post the recipe a la Irish so I made the modifications in my file and *gasps* forgot to post it.  Bad Irish!  So here it is:

Gyros anyone.  Gyros are basically a Greek Sandwich served on Pita Bread.  Here is what they call poor man's Gyros meat because you can bake it in your oven.
