Reena is sick. Saturday she scared me, I fed her in the morning and then couldn't find her at all. She was acting a bit off. Then Sunday she refused to come to our garden and acted terrified of the tomcats. I took her to our balcony to check her out a bit and realised she was coughing, didn't have much appetite and her voice is almost gone. Still she moved easily and managed to escape to the back stairs and leave the balcony. This morning I went down with the intention of getting her to come upstairs again but it was really hard to find her and once I did she acted really weird. Could hardly eat, acted like she was in pain when I picked her up and when she was trying to sit and it was impossible to get her to come upstairs and stuff her in her carrier to take her to the vet. I spent 2 hours trying to coax her from whatever hiding place she found in the neighbour's garden. I have arranged a vet appointment for after work but I will have to get her to come to me first. I feel like such a shitty cat-mom and human mom too since I really dont' want to catch whatever it is she has. Hopefully the boyfriend will be able to help me catch her this afternoon.

Haven't said anything to the cow-workers for obvious reasons but I am pretty sure they can tell something is wrong. :( I just don't want to deal with their bs on top of everything.
