(no subject)

Left work as soon as I could then managed to get the cat from the neighbour's garden and took her upstairs in the house. The boyfriend gave her a lot of cuddles (I think the little furball is really growing on him) and we put her in her carrier to take her to the animal clinic. I had to wait half an hour in the clinic in a waiting room full of barking dogs while the kitty was terrified in her carrier. At about 15 minutes I snapped and told the lady at reception I'd wait outside and she could call me and let me in, I wasn't going to subject my cat to a minute more of this torture. The woman saw how mad I was and let me wait in the examination room alone with the kitty once a place opened up. The vet was lovely and Reena took to her too, she was even purring by the end of it. Vet says there is definitely inflammation on Reena's back legs :( Worried about that but will know more tomorrow when they do blood tests and X-rays. They have kept her overnight for observation. I hope she will not be too scared all alone there.

Worried about what they'll tell me but I try to keep a positive attitude. Hopefully she'll be fine.
